About Me

Dear Reader, Welcome to my first post. I would like to formally introduce my self and the purpose of this blog. My name is James Angel and I am currently serving in the US Army. I have been involved in living history for many years and have done many time periods, such as the French and Indian War, Revolutionary War, Mexican-American war, Civil War, and World War 2. You could say the history bug has infected me! The main purpose of this blog is to help fellow re-enactors, whether you are a rookie or experienced, to gather the right mindset on how to portray those who went before us.
